Hi.

I am Dhawal Joshi, a passionate mathematics and physics teacher. This profile highlights my experience and love for these subjects, reflecting what I can offer as an educator.

My passion for maths and physics began in 1998 during GCSEs. The fascination with higher-level physics and calculus in A-levels inspired me to tutor students. I have since enjoyed teaching these subjects, particularly to post-16 students, as their complexity fuels my enthusiasm.

In 2005, I began an M.Sci in Physics, finishing in 2007. That year, I started teaching physics and maths at an IB school, a career I plan to continue indefinitely. In 2017, I earned a PGCE in Physics with Maths to enhance my teaching skills.

I lecture in mathematics and physics at a college, with prior experience as a lecturer, teacher, STEM representative, and science tutor. My focus is on boosting student confidence and achieving their goals through tailored mentoring that addresses weaker areas. I have taught A levels, AP, and IB curricula and provided tutoring for students aged 16 and older.

I am excited to offer tutoring in maths and physics to students who want to learn and succeed in these subjects. I'm here to help you in your studies.
